Oh, dear! Falling down on the blog.

Amidst an unexpected flurry of home improvement crises and general neighborhood drama, I completely forget to post my Saturday entry.

Bad me!

In order to catch up, I'll be posting again before midnight, Central Time.

Go, me!

I really like the Zazzle-produced mouse pads, like mine, above. They're very nice, quality pieces and the printing is clear and vivid. Which is nudging me toward a new project -- I'm thinking I should separate all my Zazzle merchandise into individual stores: a print & poster store, mouse pad store, custom postage store, greeting card store, etc.

However, the very idea of uploading all those pics, writing descriptions, yada yada ------ aaaaarrrrrgh!

I really do need a lowly apprentice.

Volunteers?

  2. Your art looks stunning on the mousepads W.J.! I know what you mean, it's so much work taking photos, listing, writing descriptions...and it takes a lot of time. I've been using Etsy but I've heard really good things about Zazzle too.

  4. So right, Lynette, but I've found that different venues reach very different audiences -- so, I think it pays to spread my work around a bit.

There's are some things I don't like about Zazzle -- namely, their magnets and keychains -- but their paper printwork is as good as any I've ever seen. And, at the risk of sounding like an 'old fogey', Zazzle seems to cater to a younger, hipper clientele.
